How to connect TikTok Shop to Wave

    Join the TikTok Shop beta in Taxomate and read the beta terms. Then connect your TikTok Shop. You approve access in TikTok Shop. Taxomate then imports each paid TikTok statement as a payout.

    Connect Wave. You approve access in Wave and select the business to use. Wave requires an active Wave Pro plan or Wave Advisors package for third-party API connections such as Taxomate.

    Set your account mappings

    Run Quick Setup to create default accounts and sales items in Wave, or pick ones you already have. Then check the account for each category. You can change any mapping later. Taxomate does not post until the required mappings are set.

    Review a TikTok Shop payout

    Open a TikTok Shop payout in Taxomate. It shows sales, refunds, shipping, fees, and tax grouped by category, with the payout total. If the lines do not add up to the amount TikTok paid to your bank, Taxomate holds the payout and our support team reviews it with you.

    Send to Wave

    Send the payout. Open it in Taxomate and send it to Wave. Taxomate creates one summarized entry, with lines grouped by category, SKU, or order. In the beta you send each payout yourself. Automatic posting is not available for TikTok Shop yet.
