Taxomate pricing for Amazon and ecommerce accounting

Count your sales channels first. One channel, such as Amazon only, is Starter. Two or more, such as Amazon and Shopify, is Growth. Then pick the tier for your usual month, not your quietest one. If you sell 150 orders most months but 300 at peak, choose up to 1,000. If you import more orders than your plan allows in a calendar month, we automatically move you to the next tier and email you. You can turn automatic upgrades off in Settings > Billing.

No. You add a card to start your 14-day free trial, and we charge it only when the trial ends. Cancel in Settings > Billing before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

Each of the following counts as one sales channel: Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, and Walmart. You can connect any number of stores or seller accounts on each channel.

No. Taxomate requires QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Wave, and you pay for your accounting software separately. Wave requires an active Pro Plan or Wave Advisors package for third-party API connections such as Taxomate.

Not at this time. Taxomate works with QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Wave.

QuickBooks Inventory sync is an optional add-on to Starter or Growth, and it is still in beta. Tick the box on this page to add it. It costs $20 a month at up to 200 orders, $25 at up to 1,000, $30 at up to 2,500, $35 at up to 5,000, $50 at up to 10,000, $80 at up to 20,000 and $120 at up to 50,000. Annual billing costs ten months. It posts your Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and Walmart sales to QuickBooks Online as sales invoices. Based on sales and fees, these invoices reduce or increase inventory levels in QuickBooks. You can also use QBO classes to get the sales and fee breakdown per SKU. Requires QuickBooks Online Plus or Advanced. Existing users keep the sync while it is in beta.

No, there is no limit to the number of Amazon accounts or marketplaces you can connect.

Annual plans include all your history, as far back as each channel provides. Monthly plans include this year, and at least the last 90 days. Your 14-day trial imports the last 90 days, and the rest of your plan's history imports when your plan starts. Earlier years on a monthly plan are a one-time catch-up (3 times your monthly plan price, at least $79), or included if you switch to annual. Amazon lists about 90 days of settlement reports by API. Older ones come by Seller Central request or file upload. For Amazon FBA inventory, Taxomate imports up to 18 months of history.

Not at this time. We only have inventory sync with QuickBooks Online. You can still use Taxomate to calculate your total Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and send a summarized SKU invoice to Wave or Xero.

Unfortunately, Taxomate only integrates Shopify with QuickBooks Online or Xero. Shopify would not approve Wave as a connected software in their app store.
